Channing Tatum stars in 'Step Up' (1995) as Tyler Gage‚ a rough street kid with raw talent. In 'Step Up 2 - The Streets' (2008) Andie (Briana Evigan) is a member of an elite inner-city dance crew called the 410. When the 410 pretend to be muggers on a subway car and then stage an impromptu dance show for the somewhat bewildered passengers‚ Andie's guardian (Sonja Sohn) ships her off to the Maryland School of the Arts. Andie's urban street style‚ of course‚ goes against the grain of the strait-laced school. Then Tyler Gauge (Tatum)‚ the main character from the original film‚ challenges Andie to a dance-off. If Andie loses‚ she agrees to take the school seriously and start attending classes. The film culminates in an underground dance battle with her old crew‚ the 410.

In 'Step Up 3' (2010)‚ a group of young underground street dancers in New York - including Luke (Rick Malambri) and Natalie (Sharni Vinson) - team up with NYU students Moose (Adam Sevani) and Camille (Alyson Stoner) to take on the world's best hip-hop dancers in the ultimate street-dancing contest‚ an experience that will alter the course of all their lives.

This is a 2007 drama and dance film produced by Rainforest Films and released through Sony Pictures' Screen Gems division on January 12, 2007. 

Directed by Sylvain White, Stomp the Yard centers around DJ Williams, a college student at a fictional historically Black university who pledges to join a fictional Greek-letter fraternity. 

The film's central conflict involves DJ's fraternity competing in various steppingcompetitions against a rival fraternity from the same school. The film's script was written by Robert Adetuyi, working from an original draft by Gregory Ramon Anderson. 

The film was originally titled Steppin', but to avoid confusion over the 2006 film Step Up, the title was changed.The film stars Columbus Short, Meagan Good, Darrin Henson, Rivah Feseha, Brian White, Laz Alonso, andValarie Pettiford, with Harry Lennix and, in their film debuts, R&B singers Ne-Yo, Chris Brown and Ryan Michael. Stomp the Yard was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia, on the campuses of Morris Brown College, Georgia Institute of Technology, Morehouse College, and Clark Atlanta University, and in the MAK Historic District of Decatur, Georgia.

After the death of his brother, An expert street dancer (Columbus Short) goes to Georgia to attend Truth University. But his efforts to get an education and woo the girl he likes (Meagan Good) are sidelined when he joins in his fraternity's effort to win a step dancing competition.

Meanwhile, a charming young man named Jamie Perse (Mike Doyle) steals a ticket for the ship, and falls for a sweet innocent Irish girl on board. 
But their romance is threatened by the villainous Simon Doonan (Tim Curry), who has discovered about the ticket and makes Jamie his unwilling accomplice, as well as having sinister plans for the girl. 

Director Robert Lieberman and scripter s Ross Lamanna and Joyce Eliason easily convey tension as the great ocean liner approaches what we know to be certain doom. EMMY Award winning production.
